The Cone Pill Articulation
In 1997 we did a piece of speculative environmental work. A landscape consultant (and potential client) wanted to explore the possibilities of an internet-published multimedia presentation of some proposed remediation work at Cone Pill.
Cone Pill is a small stream which drains in to the River Severn a few miles upstream of Chepstow. The Severn is strongly tidal along much of its length and at Cone Pill the tidal rip has cut deeply into the soft earth banks posing a threat to the flood control system. We shot a couple of panoramas, did some 3D modelling and used it to generate some illustrations of Cone Pill.
